This website is owned by Reinaldo Guevara, tax ID Z1499923Y, registered at C. de Hermosilla, 132, Salamanca, 28028, Madrid.

Purpose

The site is informational — it presents the barbershop, its services, prices and location — and lets you book an appointment through the booking form.

The prices and durations shown are indicative and may vary depending on the service actually provided at the barbershop. The final price is paid at the shop.

Booking appointments

To book an appointment you choose one or more services, enter your first name, last name and one contact detail (WhatsApp, phone or email), and pick an available date and time.

The booking is registered when you confirm it in the form. We will send you a reminder through the contact channel you chose, so it is your responsibility to provide a correct, working contact detail.

Availability is shown in real time; if a time slot becomes unavailable while you complete the booking, we will ask you to pick another one.

Cancellations and late arrivals

If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone (+34641058166) so we can offer that slot to someone else.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule the appointment so as not to affect the bookings that follow.

We reserve the right to decline new bookings from anyone who repeatedly misses appointments without notice.

Payments

This site does not process payments or collect payment data. Services are paid for directly at the barbershop once the service has been provided, using the payment methods accepted at the shop.

Use of the site

By using this site you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking an appointment.
• Not make fraudulent or duplicate bookings, or bookings for purposes other than visiting the barbershop.
• Not use the site or the booking system in a way that could damage or overload them, or prevent others from using them.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, images, texts and design of this site belong to Montano Barber Studio or their respective owners. They may not be reproduced or used without prior authorisation, except for personal browsing of the site.

Third-party services

Availability and appointments are managed through Highstack Scheduling, the booking service by Highstack Labs. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and the map in the Location section from OpenStreetMap/CARTO. The availability of these services is outside our control.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site and the booking system running and up to date, but we cannot guarantee they will be free of errors or interruptions. If a failure affects your booking, contact us and we will find an alternative.

We are not liable for damages arising from use of the site contrary to these terms, or from incorrect information you provide when booking.

Data protection

How we process the personal data collected through the site is described in our Privacy Policy, available at /en/privacy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal changes or changes to how the site works. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Bookings already made are governed by the terms in force at the time they were made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless the law provides otherwise, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
