What data we collect

When you book an appointment through this site’s form, we collect: first name, last name, the service(s) chosen, the appointment date and time, and one contact detail (WhatsApp, phone, or email, whichever you pick) to confirm and remind you of the appointment.

This site does not process payments or collect payment data.

Why we process your data

We use your data to:

• Manage your booking and confirm your appointment.
• Send you reminders related to the appointment.
• Reply to you if you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

Legal basis

Processing is based on taking pre-contractual steps at your request when booking an appointment (GDPR art. 6.1.b), and on your consent for the associated reminder messages.

Who we share your data with

To manage availability and appointments, this site uses Highstack Scheduling, the booking service by Highstack Labs. Highstack Scheduling processes the data you enter in the form (name, last name, service, date, time, and your contact detail) solely to provide that scheduling service, following our instructions and acting as our data processor.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share it when required to by law.

International transfers

If any provider mentioned in this policy processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the safeguards required by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses). If you have questions about a specific provider, write to us at admin@montanobarber.es.

How long we keep your data

We keep booking data for as long as needed to manage the appointment and, afterwards, for as long as applicable law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner, unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of your data, to object to its processing, to request that it be restricted, and to data portability, by writing to admin@montanobarber.es.

You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.

Cookies and other third-party resources

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It does load fonts from Google Fonts and the map in the Location section from OpenStreetMap/CARTO; these providers may process your IP address to serve those resources.
